Use

egowebmail is for your own business and personal correspondence. No bulk, purchased-list or unsolicited mail, no phishing, malware or illegal content. We may suspend mailboxes that harm our sending reputation or other customers, and we'll tell you why.

Billing

Plans are billed monthly per mailbox, prorated to the day from when a mailbox is created until it's deleted. Prices can change with 30 days' notice. One-time services are billed when performed.

Your data

Your mail is yours. We back it up nightly and keep backups for a limited time. When you delete a mailbox it's removed from our servers, and from backups as they expire. We don't read your mail except to fix a problem you've asked us about or where the law requires it.

Leaving

You can delete mailboxes and domains any time from your dashboard. Ask us and we'll help you export your mail first.
